Blackbird, is a counterpart to Raven of Earth-53, but a freedom-fighting, cigar-smoking mercenary who is completely unhesitant to deal out death to those she feels deserve it. Always has a cigar, camo pants, and two very big guns in addition to all the superpowers common to Ravens of all universes, with her unique ability of powerful sorcery and regeneration (which is how she can smoke several cigars a day and never suffer from lung cancer). Blackbird is quite resemblant to the Comedian in style of character. She's profane, irreverent, and is sent to Earth-53 around the time of the first appearances of Raven in Earth-53 by the Praetor, who wants to show up his rather arrogant counterpart in Earth-53.

They have been alive since at least since 1919, when the deranged jungian and mystic (some say Satanist) Dr Jon Kerovis brought them forth. In 1982, it is believed that another force was summoned: Aether (Entropy). Whatever the case may be, Kerovis' son Nathaniel was found dead and horribly mutilated that very same year on his property...

Entropy and Creation
In 1982, the stars were aligned perfectly. It was then that the very embodiment of obliteration found itself summoned forth on Earth. But Entropy can not exist in this world, without it's counterpart along side it. It received it in the form of a baby girl, born in 1987. She can not die a natural death, and she has barely aged since then. The two must never be allowed to meet...

On this island is a lighthouse, rotting from age and sea water, which is never lit. There is nothing inside it, save for a spiraling staircase that leads to the top, and an ancient, dusty bookcase.
The case is filled with unmarked books; bound in ancient leather, save for a single space. If the book is removed from the shelf, it will violently rest itself open. Jakob Stern a.k.a. "the Prophet"- In 2003, grad student Jake Stern and his conscientious objector friends fight against the new RFID-based universal draft by attempting to access the collective unconscious through an experimental combination of the hallucinogenic preparation ayahuasca and shared sensory deprivation tank experiences. By speaking said equation, Jacob Stern can insert the full formula into people's minds, giving them the mathematical certainty that life, hope and freedom are all pointless. With the presence of the Lords, Entropy & Creation, et al, Stern holds the balance of Earth-53 in his hands. Alone, he must decide on the "Rebirth of the New Gods" or face the "Age of Apokolips". Only Bible X knows which path he will eventually take.

The 51st state of the United States, Arcadia, was admitted to statehood on January 17th, 1977. Exactly 4 years to the day later, Arcadia disappeared along with all its residents. Most memory of it's existence vanished too, though a few poor souls seem to have not taken this well. Its' precise former location is unknown, though there is rumored to be a map of the type sold in gas stations and convenience stores held under lock and key in the Library of Congress. Also of note are claims of the sporadic delivery of mail from Arcadia, with modern postmarks, to several major American newspapers.. The Peacemaker.
In the 1970s, in the climate of relaxation created by Detente, a particularly brutal young man by the name of Edward Morgan Blake took up the costume of the Peacemaker. So passionately committed was Blake to ending the conflicts of the human race, that he became addicted to horrible, brutal methods in which to do it. In the climate of the 1970s aborted cultural revolution in which Blake started his derring-do, it was interesting to note that the Peacemaker was only an exaggeration of various ideals from Detente.
As time passed, the Peacemaker grew increasingly confident in his own strength to enforce things through brutality, enforcing a stop to both crime and gang warfare in Chicago, where his ability to do so helped inspire a candidate in 2008 named Barack Obama (
) to utilize extreme measures to achieve positive results. The Peacemaker's forcible cure to crime, both super-villain and regular villain, in Chicago through Vlad Dracula methods of barbarism, has led to peace. The young man Barack Obama in 1970s Chicago became inspired by that, prompting a run for the Senate and then the Presidency based on a time of crisis requiring extreme measures.
The Peacemaker has recently begun to extend feelers of co-operation and co-ordination with the JLA....

Khozyain:
In another world, the demon Trigon had chosen a different race to father his child by. He had come to Lara Lor-Van, wife of Jor-El, in the form of Jor-El, in a dream one day. His child was born, displaying a strange series of abilities, worrying Jor-El. There was little time to worry about the strangeness of Kal-El, as Krypton itself seemed under siege from supernatural forces that overwhelmed the inhabitants. In the year of our Lord 1921, Jor-El sent his son Kal-El to Earth, as the Demon Trigon of Earth-66 came forth, and slaughtered all of Krypton, blowing the planet to smithereens. Kal-El, Son of Krypton, Son of Trigon, landed in front of the house of one Joe Dzughashivili, then known as the Bolshevik magnate Stalin. Josef Stalin raised Kal-El, training him in the means and ways of Bolshevik party lines, turning the half-demon Son of Krypton in the new-born ways of Sovietism.
Kal-El grew into manhood, at the age of twenty, possessing powers not only akin to Superman, but also a darker, more mystic side from his father, his true father that he had no knowledge of. Becoming, at the time of Barbarossa, Khozyain, the superhuman son of the Man of Steel, the half-Kryptonian engaged in full-scale slaughter of Nazi forces, driving Hitler's men back by 1942, ultimately culminating in Soviet domination up to the Rhine by 1944, when the Allies launched D-Day. Khozyain restrained the Allies, but something Old had suddenly realized where in the Known Universe his child had been sent.
Trigon of Earth-66 came to Earth, and fought his son in the Battle of Megiddo, where Khozyain destroyed his father, but at the cost of his new world. Having learned the mystic arts, he has come to Earth-53 upon the arrival of The Confederation of Justice, fully convinced that if half of Earth dies for the Revolution to be implemented....
so shall it be.

this prophecy while it first appeared in Dark Centuries it is a Multiversal prophecy and while not all or even any of the prophecy will always occur it along with several others exists throughout the Multiverse

The existence of immortals was at first hailed as a great discovery by the world, until Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi found himself facing a man that should have been dead. In the tumult of the 21st century Italian peninsula, a man named Gaius, before whom the people bowed, arose out of the region of Latium, and raised a new group, the Praetorians. He marched on Rome, as Benito Mussolini did before him, and the city fell to him. Enthroning himself on the old throne of Victor Emmanuel III, the man Ozymandias unmasked himself as Emperor Gaius. Caligula had returned to Rome, and the Roman Empire was reborn at that moment.....
