Son of Yangtze, a Chu Timeline(Austric/Hmong Mien China)

Son of Yangtze
On 2000 AD, a minister from the Chu Empire, whose language[1] is distantly related to the Southern Islanders[2] and the Kingdoms of the South would talk to the minster of Ligurian Empire in the East whose people are descendant of the Italic which was majorly swamped out by the Etruscans and Rhaetians in Northern and Central of the Appenines, now the Italics are found in Southern Gaul in the Ligurian Empire and the South of Appenines and Sicily.

The Minister would say that the Chu did unite the Eastern plains and the Hua territories are annexed by Chu and they are the majority in the Northwest of Chu and in the South East they speak a language similar to that of the Southern Islanders(Austronesian, Daic) and he said that they are similar to the Etruscans in many aspects as the Etruscans have destroyed Rome like the Chu destroyed the Hua Kingdoms in the North.

In some way, Chiyou did get revenge against Huangdi as the minster of Chu empire said, the Ligurian minister would just listen to the Chu minister.

1. Hmong Mien
2. Austronesian
3. Sinitic
4. Austronesian, Daic

AD means anno domini or Year of our Lord meaning after Christ. I think you meant BC right? Also the number always goes first IIRC, that is 2000 BC or 2000 AD.

Minister Salvin
On 2010 AD Minister Salvin from Eastern Gaul would praise the Chu Empire for it being a trade partner of the Cisalpin Gauls, the Cisalpine Gauls would speak both their heavily Liguricized Celtic and the Ligurian language as their own trading language, he is a half Cisalpin Gaul and a Ligurian himself.

He said that that many of the Romans who were annexed by the Etruscans and the Italics that were conquered by the Etruscans after the Romans was defeated by Hannibal fled to the Ligurians who would pick up the ashes of the Roman Empire from Gaul from Massalia and later conquered lands from the Gaul.
