there are some small discrepancies, but they're not really missing any major countries or making any major mistakes like some other maps. everything's on there and fundamentally resembles what it's supposed to be

Cyprus is a goddamn triangle.

Also, and perhaps more relevant, Puerto Rico appears to not be depicted as part of the US, while other dependent territories in the Caribbean are given the color of their metropoles.

Did no one else notice that they highlighted Laos rather then Vietnam?

South Vietnam seems to be highlighted; a nation that hasn't existed since 1975.

Also, Tunisia isn't so bad (by local standards). It's one of the better-off nations in North Africa.

I think it's so people don't think Michigan's Upper Peninsula is a separate state. And it's just you; Texas looks like that with that projection.

Actually, that's technically Michigan's shape. Most maps just show the lakes.

Except Wisconsin lost the northern half of Door County and Michigan only controls waters to the middle of Lake Michigan. Add in the Apostle Islands, Minnesota's portion of Lake Superior plus Canada's. Must be the Tim Allen map of Michigan
