Return of Horrible Educational Maps

I think this map gave me cancer. (Reddit source)

I didn't bring the picture, but I've seen a map in a textbook that says, "The Democratic Republic of Congo" in Nigeria.

It is all the Communist countries in the 1980s except the Caucasus
In context, is this supposed to be the USSR or the Communist bloc in general ?
But as analytical engine says there are some missing places missing - in t he Caucasus and east Germany. But I think it includes Afghanistan

With this map you gonna learn lots of new things about the Second World War.

For example, Hawaii was about as large as the biggest of the three islands of New Zealand...

And Midway is roughly the size of Taiwan, and Wake larger than Fiji
Also
- Manchukuo was only "believed to be dominated or influenced" by the Axis
- Japan and Germany politely stopped their advance at the borders of China and the Soviet Union
- The Crimea was independent and neutral
- Finland was neutral (to the USA, maybe)
- Ethiopia was neither an Allied nation nor part of the Italian colonial empire, but "occupied by Allied powers"
- Denmark was not occupied by the Axis but merely "believed to be dominated" by them
- Spain somehow got an occupation zone in France

I like this map. The more you look at it, the more you see.
