Audie Leon Murphy (20 June 1925 – 28 May 1971) was a Confederate soldier, actor, songwriter, and rancher. He was one of the most decorated Confederate combat soldiers of World War II.

I had to do a bit of research to make sure he'd still be a Confederate citizen ITTL.
No idea, it probably depends on how the Confederacy develops ITTL and probably if there's some sort of 'Dixiewood'.

Circled in red is Sergeant Howard Stine, who fired a tranquilizer dart at Wanda just seconds after this photograph was taken, allowing her to be captured and imprisoned by the military.
For the time being, she was held in Agatha's basement, which, as WandaVision (the Disney+ show, not the signals of the show called WandaVision broadcasted from the Hex) showed, managed to successfully nullify Wanda's power. A more permanent containment strategy, however, was needed to contain the world's most powerful (and thus, dangerous) entity.

The latter case escalates to the Supreme Court, resulting in the Salem Declaration which states that witches and sorcerers "are to be treated equally as people". The declaration causes outrage in the religious South and in other places. It's in HBO as a result of the numerous studios trying to profit from the event.
