Yukio Hayashida, governor of Kyoto Prefecture and one of the leaders of the Japanese Emergency goverment created after Doomsday.
After 1987, the goverment got relocated to Sapporo, as Kyoto had been dangerous as was near the Osaka exclusion zone

The Claremont City Hall and Opera House in the city of Claremont, Sullivan County, Vermont Republic (formerly in the US state of New Hampshire) .

Built between 1895 and 1897, along with serving as the city's city hall, the building also serves as an opera house for play performances, the city's police department (located in the back of the building), the District Court, City offices, and the Claremont City Council chambers.
