Soldiers of the french 14e régiment d’infanterie et de soutien logistique parachutiste on Bayonne, after Doomsday. They were part of a militia that secured the city from raiders and helped refugees from Tolouse, Bordeaux, and other cities of Southern France. The regiment joined the Eusko Gudarostea after the unification of the former French Basque Country with their Spanish counterpart, and some members deserted and joined the Poitevine Republic

It also houses the offices of three cabinet ministers: Interior, General Secretariat of the Presidency and General Secretariat of the Government.
