I think themann777's wins just because of how faithful to the ridiculously implausible idea it is. The others are a conceivable wank that, although stretching it, could've happened IOTL. His is a ridiculous Uber-Confederacy scenario that fits right in with the Draka. The only thing it's missing is the CSA continually raiding its Northern neighbor for slaves, while describing how a ridiculously small Southern Elite somehow control the Amazon through magic drugs (though that last one's implied).
