(How come no love for Italian maps or lesser Axis powers maps?)

Anyways, I suppose a MAxis (Maximum Axis) might as well be the entire Solar System. So assume the fascists have taken the entire world. Or at least most to all of Eurasia/Africa.

How would they divide up the world? What are the administrative units?

Japan should get Australia, British Columbia, Yukon, and Washington State. They actually planned to conquer those areas in OTL. And attempted to attack one of them.

Re India/Ceylon, Ceylon gets invaded and puppetized by India after the Indians take issue with the "oppression of the Tamils" (who now get oppressed by fellow Hindus...)
