no, no, and no.

Firstly, Catherine de Medici would give birth to pink squiggly worms before she lets her grandson be called "Jacques". Likely, he'll be Henri (and then Henri III/II) or François (III/I).
Secondly, with a son to root for, Mary's not leaving France. She'd likely marry Charles IX or not remarry at all (although the Stewart succession looks rather thin)
Thirdly, Marge is not getting a look in at England. Why? Mary, QoS having a son means Liz will have to bite the bullet. She nearly did OTL (and marry the earl of Arran) when Mary was "reported" to be pregnant. With a French (Catholic) heir she has three choices: a) suck it up and get married; b) remain unmarried but let Katherine Grey or Margaret Stanley or Margaret Douglas cause trouble by constantly badgering her to name them heir- worse, a match between Lord Darnley and one of the aforementioned's daughters.; c) incur the wrath of Englishmen by naming a French prince (perhaps Mary, QoS has a second son by her marriage to Charles IX) as her heir, get deposed in favour of Grey/Darnley/Stanley anyway. My opinion is that Liz's preservation instincts will see marriage as the less of three evils.
But who to marry? Well...there's D.Carlos (mad), Erik of Sweden (still mad), Enrique, duque de Segorbe (not important enough)- it boils down to three candidates:
Ferdinand II of Austria (except he's kinda already married to Philippine Welser)
James, Earl of Arran (aka Mad Jamie, and son of the Hamilton Earl of Arran, next in line to the Scots' throne). Problem with Arran is that he's a) Catholic and b) his dad is a known double-dealer (attempting to get marriages for Jamie to both Elizabeth and Mary, QoS before getting a response to either).
This one is out of left-field: James, Earl of Moray (Mary, QoS' bastard half-brother). The guy's "actually" got control of the Scots government in 1560 (didn't marry until 1562 OTL), got a military and political record of note. But he needs to "remain in Scotland" to remind the lords who's boss (it was why Mary, QoS kept him onside OTL). Liz marrying him gives her kids a "shaky" claim to the Scots throne- the argument could always be made the Hamilton claim is invalid based on Arran's parents' marriage- but it also means that Scotland and England are going to be "at peace" (for the time being). And, best of all, she maybe only has to see her husband once every six months or so. Granted, the marriage could be the tipping point, either that leads Moray to seize power outright (while the Scots' lords will object, their objection will be divided because a) Mary is a Papist (so the Protestants won't support her) and b) she's been out of the country since 1542- this was the other reason she listened to Moray OTL- and her son/heir is born in Paris... They might not like Moray - especially if he and Liz jump the broom - but they know him, know what's waiting for them (just ask the Gordons) if they step out of line. Mary, QoS gets deposed in Scotland, but I doubt that France "I can't hear you over the sound of my own religious war" will be sending any new troops.

No way Edward would marry Elizabeth Woodville here, the match to Margaret will have been planned since they were both kids and he would never risk his and his father’s throne by not marrying her

Johan (b.1549)
Katharina (b.1553)

[1] Karl V is killed at the battle of Valenciennes in 1521. Let’s say that Ferdinand already died on his journey back from Spain
[2] She was on a shortlist of candidates OTL, say for the purposes of this, Mary Tudor has already married Karl V
[3] Killed in battle
[4] Named for Margarethe of Austria. She’s a senior French princess who’s not heiress to anything- like Renée. So I can’t think that François I wouldn’t use her when James comes looking for a bride
[5] Son of Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn
[6] Son of Christian II. Likely Christian II still gets deposed, still winds up in the Netherlands with his wife and kids.
