Hugh Jackman as James Bond?

Hugh Jackman was considered for the role of James Bond in Casino Royale, but Daniel Craig got it. What if Hugh Jackman got the role instead? Would the movie be better/worse? Would Hugh be in Quantum of Solace, if there is one?

I don't think Hugh Jackman would have made a good Bond. However, he was Clive Cussler's first choice to be Dirk Pitt in Sahara. The role unfortunately went to Matthew McConaughey, who is a good actor but is certainly NOT Dirk Pitt.

Daniel Craig is the worst Bond ever, and that includes George Lazenby. I don't want Bond to be a brooding bad boy. I want booze, broads, and bullets.

Hugh Jackman could be a very good Bond, if your idea of Bond is an extremely camp Roger Moore/Piers Bronson type. Hugh's a great actor, but I think he'd fall into that type of role as opposed to the steely-eyed killer of all-round sex machines Daniel Craig and Timothy Dalton. They do booze broads and bullets, and far better than your camp Bonds did! I think what you're more after is gadgets, gimmicks and gayness :p

I liked Timothy Dalton a lot.
Many people compare him with Daniel Craig, because Timothy Dalton played on "License to kill". The Bond movie, where Bond turns into a killing machine and goes on a rampage.
