Wow. That is perfect.
It even has a touch of dry Canadian humor to alleviate the intense "awareness" of threat.
I will therefore repeat my question:
What do you mean by "Russia"? Imperial Russia? Soviet Russia? Oligarch-controlled Russia? Modern Putinist Russia?
These are all different animals, and will entail different enemies.
EDIT: Do the "rogues" need to be truly "bad", or merely in opposition to Russia? For example, OTL USA was the archenemy of Soviet Russia for most of the latter's existence, but most people around here would not call it a bad guy.

Being a more optimistic soul than rvbomally (in whose "rogues gallery" the US had pretty much ceased to exist) Russia will exist as a reformed and at least moderately democratic Czarist Russia, albiet with territorial losses to Evil Russias: of course, given the nastyness of the world, it will be something of a garrison state, necessarily limiting the level of democraticness (that's not really a word, I think).
Bad guys must be bad, but they do not necessarily have to be Russian arch-enemies: for instance, I plan to include a Draka expy, but they aren't more hostile to Russia than they are to anyone else who isn't under the Yoke. I would rather than real-world states (or near equivalents) be states which have been hostile to Russia at some time in its history, including during the Soviet era: the inclinations of purely AH creations (such as the Draka) can even be pro-Russia (as in allies of convenience) but they have to be Bad Guys.
So is that as clear as mud? Anyhoo, I think I have enough to work with at this point...

ASB-Induced dystopia
Here's my idea but please also note this is an ASB-ISOT style map in which an ASB wanted to create a ultra-violent dystopia on a Virgin Earth by creating copies of the most violent and brutal regimes in the multiverse. I might also do a Russian one soon

Am I missing anyone? Please note that I did not put very controversial groups and morally ambiguous dictatorships such as both Vietnams, Napoleonic France, the real CSA from the Civil War, and Castro's cuba. Also note that through I mentioned only a few groups from Africa, it is not empty, what is not controlled by the Draka is controlled by the dictators OTL of the respective nations, just too much time and effort looking them up. Also Austria, Czechoslovakia and Poland do not exist because the Nazis were ISOT after the fall of Poland.
Also note I'm mostly using examples from the 20th and 21st Century to avoid potential values dissonance and because most of these hit closer to home for the most part, and also to make a sort of balance in their technology levels.
