Far-Right Chinese demagogue in the 90s/00s?

Thinking of ways to uproot the "End of History" as chaotically as possible. Let's say that following the end of the Cold War, that the rise of the New World Order leads to infighting within the Chinese Communist Party, causing both the crippling of the establishment and the rise of a fascist-populist alternative, similar to Zhirinovsky's "Liberal Democrats". Anybody know of a real-life person who could work as a leader of such a movement?
