DBWI: Moroccan Crisis Doesn't Start Great War?

1905- Kaiser Wilhelm's backing of the Moroccan Sultan Abdelaziz against France and Britain's influence in the region leads to the North African monarch joining the Triple/now Quadruple Alliance. This leads to France declaring war on Morocco, citing the lost investments, triggering the defensive pact. The French, Russian, British Empires now fighting those of Germany, Italy, Austria-Hungary, and Morocco.

Three years of god-awful trench warfare later,the Entente agree to talk terms.

France
  • France gives Italy Nice, Corsica, southern Tunisia, and Djibouti, as well as Vietnam and Laos out of indochina
  • France gives Lorraine and Franche-Compt (ooc: going by this map https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regions_of_France), French Equatorial Africa, and Cambodia to Germany
  • France gives Algiers, Mauritania, and northern Tunisia to Morocco
  • France is charged 96B Francs
  • France will field no more than 200K men and half their navy
Great Britain
  • the southern portion of British Sudan and the whole of Kenya are given to Germany
  • British Malaya is given to Germany
  • Britain will give the Egyptian protectorate to Italy, including Suez Canal (Germany gets access through as well)
  • British Yeman is off to Italy, but Kuwait is German
  • 80B Pounds reperations
  • Britain is to have three less battleships than Germany, otherwise their fleets maybe equal
