I'd use the red colour of the "Biritsh Empire in Exile", pretty much a reference to the Angrezi Raj.

I love how a colour scheme thread turned into a lawyer's office.

To be honest, I'd rather want this to be clarified.
Not that I think a colour scheme on this board can really be plagiarized for reasons aformentioned, but if the moderation team thinks otherwise (altough I don't think it will be the case) I'd rather know about it : giving that I heavily borrow from RCS, which itself borrows from UCS, etc., I wouldn't want to go in these waters, and would probably go the Creative Commons way.
