I saw a thread about this. I also found that construction on the Cincinnati subway started later than those in Boston, Philadelphia and Newark. So I wonder if the Blue chip city subway might well have been completed and been in use had construction started earlier. This underground section could well have guaranteed that the Cincinnati streetcar remained to this day.
