Germania was a mega city project from Hitler and Albert Speer. It was a complete rebuilding of Berlin, into a new German capital, fitting for the Third Reich. It was to demolish old buildings of Berlin, completing rebuilding with New Structures, most infamously, Volkshalle.

But it was bogged down, by not just WWII, but Berlin itself, which wasn’t located on flat land.

Hypothetically, in a Axis-power victory scenerio, what are some alternate cities in the Third Reich, including it’s none-German territories, to rebuild into Germania?

My guess is either Munich or Nuremberg. Hitler personally had deep connections and appreciations towards both cities, and their own Nazi "credentials" were considerable.

Nuremberg is the only real option for Germania to be built outside of Berlin since it was a prominent site of the Nazi Party. Even then, it's ASB as Berlin would have become Germania in a Nazi victory throughout most of continental Europe.

Yeah, my guess would be Nuremberg, considering they had already built some massive things there for the Rally Grounds (a surprising amount of which is still extant, or at least traces still visible). Also fairly centrally-located, and many in the Nazi hierarchy didn't particularly like Berlin, which was considered a "Red City" before they came to power (all the more reason for Hitler to commission Speer and others to basically wipe it off the map).
Another interesting choice, particularly if the absolutely horrid prospect of Himmler and his SS cronies coming to power post-Hitler became a reality, would be a new city in the vicinity of Wewelsburg Castle:

I’ve always wondered about somewhere “up North”, on the Baltic coast. Closer to the “Aryan homelands”, some sort of mythical, Atlantean shit. Berlin would be bulldozed and the axis of the world tilted towards the Baltic as a reimagining of Europe.

Hitler hated Luebeck.... maybe raze most of it, perhaps sparing a few historic buildings, to create a New City on the Baltic symbolic of a "New Hansa" dominating the East?

How about Kiev? Ukraine was Hitler's obsession and it was a heck of a lot closer to the vaunted Caucasus oil fields. Also, it would be much further out of bombing range from Britain. Not feasible in the slightest, but then again, we ARE talking about Nazi mega-projects.
