This map is from my last No Rome but its focus on Europe. Set in the Year 540 CE

Nec Romani
This timeline is set in an alternate world in which the Roman republic would collapse after facing a large sacking from the Gauls in 340 BC. With no Rome, Carthage would rise becoming the dominant power of the Mediterranean.
1. The Carthage Empire would thrive across the Mediterranean sea with no Rome to stop them. However, as of 540 CE, their empire is in shambles as corruption reigns across the state with revolting celts and sacks from the Germanics. Who knows how long they can last for.
2. The Gauls would unite into one large empire known as the Gualia Empire. They would expand across modern-day France until they reach the Kingdom of Narbonenis, The Descendents of Gauls under the Carthaginian rule. They are currently waging war against the people of Narbonenis.
3. The Kingdom of Thrace, having expanded towards Asia Minor, Is now a Regional power. The Thracians are regarded as one of the most powerful Greek states.
4. The Hunnic Empire's everlasting expansion into Germanian continues. The Huns are the most powerful people of Europe, expanding across the Northern European plains.
5. The Kingdom of Etruscans. With no Romans to enslave them, the Etruscans would expand across northern Italy. The Etruscans would face multiple wars with Carthage over power in Italy.
6. The Italians state is made up of multiple ethics as Latinization never happens.
7. the Kingdom of Macedonia. A now dying kingdom, facing sacking from the Bulgars and Huns. The Macedonians are a once-proud people, is now just a small state facing annexation from the Thracians.
8. The Kingdom of Narbonenis. The descendants of the Carthaginians and Gauls from Carthaginians rule. Gaining independence from Carthage, They are currently waging war against
9. The Kingdom of Jerlusiam. The jews still remain Jerlusiam. Christianity still exists as Jesus was still crucified, however, it was because the Jews living there didn't like him due to his popularity. Christianity itself is a small religion. A few states still practice it such as Armenian and Thrace. The jews themself are also mainly in Isreal since the Romans never expelled them.
10. The New Kingdom of Egypt. The Egyptians are still independent states. While they were once under the rule of Carthage for a few decades. They are now a rich and influential state.
11. The greeks would establish large empires on Asia minor, warring each other while getting rich.
12. The Germanic states. having advanced into kingdoms, The germanics are the most populist people in Europe. Both celts and germans would fight one against each other, as well as the Huns
13. The celts in Britannia and Hibernia would survive and thrive. However, the Anglo-Saxons still invaded Britannia much later.
14. Sassanid Empire. They remain mostly the same from the OTL.
15. The Danes are increasingly expanding across Scandinavia.
16. The Hispanic states. the richest are the people of Suebi and Carthage.
17. The Bulgars were forced to expand into Bulgaria due to the Hunnic expansion into their region. They have been launching raids on the greeks.
18. The Kingdom of Armenia. The Armenians had expanded across Asia minor and begin warring with the greeks for control of Asia minor.
19. The Celtics in Illyria have people into states and kingdoms. These ones are relatively more peaceful as many of them are united against the Huns
20. The two Greek states, Athens and Sparta, once warring states had joined together to fight against the Carthage expansion
