I know rivers in the Americas are off, but only because others have told me. Not sure about the ones in the Old World.

Need COMPREHENSIVE Global Province Breakdown Map

Just like the title says - I need a comprehensive map of every province everywhere...I would like for nation-state boundaries to be black and province boundaries to be grey. Is this possible? Does this map already exist? Can someone show me where? Thanks much.

Should build it on a blank map, since it'd be easier to put the floody coastlines on a modern map than remove the borders for a blank map.

It's a lot easier to have the borders for reference though.

What you should do is get rid of all the areas that have no difference from the regular 2012 borders map. Paste the stuff left onto the blank map with rivers. Then re-add the borders map, but lightened slightly, so that its borders are a lighter color than coastline black, so that they can be removed easily but you can still look at them for guidance.

Once your done just make two versions, one with the borders and one without.

Would be fairly easy with GIMP.
