'Plock' is a city in eastern Germany, on the Vistula river, with 132,181 inhabitants. It is located in New East Prussia (since 1946), having previously been the capital of the Płock Voivodeship (1918-1945). It now is a capital of New East Prussia and the Plock Kreis, at the extreme west of New East Prussia.
