Vault Boy (real name: César) is a Mexican graphic designer (or in his words, an “useless little graphist”) from Baja California, Mexico. He also is an enthusiast in regards of Mexican, Hispanoamerican and Spanish history. He has left-to-centre tendencies in regards to politics.

Known for being a Touhou fanboy, posting on Mexico-related threads, and writing in a strange syntax at times due to the fact he often writes after being tired or angry.
