Sorry i took so long to return with the points i'd like to share with you, i trust you've seen the wiki by now, any what missing in the wiki is the main plot, which i will tell you now, so brace your self.
Jonas, the son of a wealthy russian politian is exiled to iraq after he protest to his father on the death of his mother during a peasent revolt. The CSA invades iraq in 2003 after the septemebr 11 attacks, further throwing complicating jonas' life. after he save a japanese mystic named Ran, who gives him the power of stardust. Next is the GI Joe and Cobra based look alikes the Universal Army Force and the Eagle Patrol. My question for now is what do you think, can a more original plot be made or will this do

George Bush is from Connecticut! His dad was a United States Senator from Connecticut. His grandfather was a prominent Ohio businessman born in New Jersey during the American Civil War. And the CSA leading an Operation Desert Storm under the same exact circumstances as OTL? And Barack Obama was born in Hawaii to a mother from Kansas and a Kenyan immigrant.
if the south had won the civil war, do you really think that george bush or barack obama would eventually be born?

You really, really need to understand the nature of butterflies. Past the point of divergence (PoD) with our timeline (OTL) the less and less like OTL an alternate timeline (ATL) will become. The CSA's success in the American Civil War means that it is nigh-on impossible for there to be a World War similar to that of OTL in 1914, or, indeed, a subsequent second World War...

I'm afraid the vast majority of us love realism to bits, MR UNSEEN, it makes the discussion of alternate worlds all the more real, and all the more interesting. If you want help with a crazy, sci-fantasy scenario with no real point beyond how terrible and crazy a world you can imagine, I doubt you'll find that help here (forum cesspits Future History and ASB notwithstanding, though I doubt they'd be able to actually help in any way).

Ignore them UNSEEN, while they're right about the butterfly business, the moment you put your hand up and say ASB, all punches are out of bounds.
If you post one of these scenarios again, say it's ASB in the first post and you won't get jumped on.

Have you thought of putting in historical people doing different jobs, Henry Kissinger as a Socialist President of Germany, or maybe Curt Cobain as a general, that kind of stuff.

I think it's fair you repost it in the ASB forums, because this TL is not very realistic. It's not meant negatively, but as constructive criticism. There's a real disregard of butterflies and PoD effects in your TL, and people on these boards (even, to my knowledge, those on the ASB parts) expect some kind of coherent storyline or thought-trough idea. I understand you're doing your TL for fun, but don't be dismissive of criticism nevertheless.
I really agree with the others on the butterfly issue. You have the CSA winning the civil war, fair enough, but having Joseph Stalin become president of the USA and the CSA declaring war on Iraq because they think a Muslim country supported American Christian fundamentalist terrorists just seem... Very unlikely. I hope you continue though, within the frames of ASB, this should turn out fun anyways!

This timeline isn't very good I'm sorry to say. You have a war that results in the death of 600 million people back in the 1940s (which would be about a 1/4 of all humans, which doesn't make sense whatsoever at that point). You have insane leaders coming to power in countries. Joseph Stalin coming to power in the USA is ASB.
And you have ignored every single butterfly possible. You even have the Iraq War still despite the fact that the formation of the CSA, and every other possible event afterwards, means that there's no reason that an Iraq War should occur at all in the same vein that you have it.
You have Tsarist Forces beating the Bolsheviks during the Russian Civil War. Which would mean all the work done by Lenin and Stalin to industralize the country for the next World War would not occur.
You have so much crazy and stupid shit going on in the States that it is an incohherent mess. Including the fact the US was far more industralized that the CSA. The US-German Joint Atomic Bomb Program would've finished before the measly CSA-British program.
The Northern States also have far more manpower than the Southern States. And worst yet, you still have a Cold War between Russia (who would've been crushed in the war) and the rest of the world.
In short, its ok to ignore some butterflies in the story. But when you ignore every single one to the point where the US still joins the first World War and ignore the massive jumps in technology that occured during a Depression, it doesn't make for an alternate history.
YOU EVEN HAVE THE RUSSIANS STILL CHARGING IN BERLIN! You have the weaker and quite hated among the population, White Army, still beating the Red Army.
And Hitler still rises to power in your timeline, despite having no Communist external enemy. Joseph Stalin, the poor Geogorian, all of a suddens moves to the states!
Yeah. The CSA still goes to war against the SUNNI IRAQI GOVERNMENT THAT WAS SUPPORTING THE NATIONAL CHRISTIAN FRONT AND STILL CAUSING 9/11 DESPITE THE FACT 9/11 OCCURED IN THE USA!
Seriously, this timeline needs a lot of work. It feels forced and doesn't follow the natural flow of smoothness that history should have. There should be a Cause and Effect for everything. But there isn't any here.
The PoD that resulted in the CSA winning somehow leads to a Christian majority in Iraq. Its not good. It doesn't make sense. And again, THERE WOULD BE NO 9/11 IN THIS TIMELINE.
