WI USA is a little bigger

WI American territory extended all the way of the east bank of the Lawrence River and included New Brunswick?

How might that change history?

Have the US annex Northern Mexico after the Mexican-American war or if you want a little border then just Yucatan

To be clear just New Brunswick and the eastern bank of the St. Lawrence river? Or those as well as Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia?

Just New Brunswick and the Eastern bank probably changes relatively little. Some state boundaries might change as states will likely be created at different points due to needing to maintain the Free/slave state balance, along with butterflies in general. Maybe you see an up tick in land taken from Mexico for those reasons as well. Besides that you basically just have Maine 2.0

If you take the rest of the Canadian Maritimes it has much bigger butterflies.

Assuming Congress is still trying to maintain a free/slave balance ITTL, the easiest way to do that would be:
• Keep Maine as northern Massachusetts.
• Divide the eastern bank between New York, Vermont, New Hampshire (tiny sliver), northern Massachusetts and New Brunswick.
Bigger New England, but the same total number of states.
