WI Sibylla marries Baldwin d' Ibelin in 1180?

In 1180 Raymond III of Tripoli attempted to arrange a marriage for Sibylla (then newly widowed) to Baldwin d' Ibelin...
King Baldwin IV reacted by blocking the attempted marriage and married Sibylla to Guy de Lusignan... Later this year Baldwin IV went further by betrothing his half sister Isabella to Humphrey IV de Toron in order to reduce d'Ibelin's influence more...
WI Raymond's plans were succesfull and Sibylla married Baldwin in 1180?
How is that changing History?
Is it possible for a coup by Raymond III during the life of Baldwin IV or after his death since he would have secured one of his heiresses or is it civil war among Sibylla (d' Ibelin and Raymond) and Isabella (de Toron and Reynald de Chatillon)????
Any thoughts?

Raymond III had no children of his own to push his claim (though he was descended through female line) and its possible to act as the kingmaker during the last steps of Baldwin's IV illness...
Perhaps with Baldwin d' Ibelin as King Baldwin VI (assuming that Baldwin V dies as in OTL) Kingdom of Jerusalem gains a few years more to live...
