WI: Peter Sellers as James Bond?

What it says on the tin;

I saw him in the silly sixties Casino Royale, and I was wondering if anybody thought he might be able to be an official Bond?

Of course he has his heart ailments and odd behavior, but could he have done it? Even if for only one or two movies.

How do you think he might do?
