What if the Palestinians were given a state in a part of former Germany after the creation of Israel?

Common sense would seem to dictate that they would not be happy about having to migrate en masse to northern Europe as compensation for losing land in the Levant.
That would be no more practical, or acceptable then building a Jewish State in Germany would have been. Both people believe they have a right to live in historic Palestine, not Germany.
That would be plain ASB. There's no historical, cultural, or practical reason to do so.
