WI: Juan Pujol Garcia had been killed in the Spanish Civil War?

In WW2, Juan Pujol Garcia AKA "Spymaster Garbo" AKA "Alaric Arabel" was regarded as one of the greatest spies of the war and perhaps in the history of Espianoge. His "fertile" imagination had been a key weapon against the Nazis.

Garcia/Garbo was a Catalonian who is an agent for the Abwehr, where he's actually a double agent for MI6, his job is to recruit agents that have close access to British target of interests such as Military Installations, Government Buildings, Documents, etc. That have military significance to the war. His "agents" he had don't exist, as they are created from his imagination, he used his non-existent agents to send the Abwehr False/Outdated/Half-true Information to deceive the Nazis who believed every information Garbo sent.

Garbo had contributed heavily to the war effort against Nazi Germany, especially with MI6 behind his back, he was a crucial piece to the success of Operation Neptune, and the liberation of France. And also, was the only non-combatant spy to receive the Iron Cross from the Nazis and the OBE from the British.

Well, what if: Juan Pujol Garcia had been killed prior to the war, and was killed during the Spanish Civil War by Francoist Forces, how would this effect the next war, without his talent for making false information and misdirection, and his contribution to Normandy, since his work at Operation Fortitude and Bodyguard had saved thousands of Allied Soldiers' lives?
