I remember hearing once that the Himalayas were up 65,000 feet tall at one time (this seems like it might be wrong)
Let's say they still were, along with the plateau being about 50000 feet. At 13/10 miles this generally pokes right thru the breathable atmosphere and even the weather.
What effect would this have on history, and the weather and world climate?
