WI: George IV dies in the first two weeks?

While doing some research for my own TL, I came across something interesting. It seems just after the death of George III, George IV came down with a case of pneumonia, which was treated (or rather, made worse than it needed to be) through the usual bleeding and cupping.

If George died from this, his younger brother Frederick would become king. What sort of king would he make?

Probably similar to William IV: military man, standoffish, dutiful, unmemorable (in part due to brief reign).

I can imagine that his last words would be (apochrythaly at least) something along the lines of 'O the Irony.'
