Russia, to my knowledge, did not have designs on East Prussia given its German majority and I can definitely see Britain siding with the Germans on this in order to prevent the acquisition of Koenigsberg by the Russians with all the strategic implications therein for their Navy. Likewise, Russia did desire to establish what was essentially a Monarchist Czechoslovakia under a Romanov.

Perhaps, but as they will have likely reduced their debt burden and will have had additional time to modernize with British backing, maybe not. The Berlin Railway and increasing investments in their oil industry will also be coming to fruition.

I don’t think that this is possible without weakening Germany permanently. The French viewed Germany as their biggest threat and they needed the support of Britain if they went to war with the Germans. It’s one of the major reason that they didn’t get involved in the Spanish Civil War, even though it left France surrounded by Fascistic states.
