What does a Finlandized Eastern Europe look like?

They are all historically too paranoid of Russia to be truly Finland-ized
Well imagine if like Finland's nearest non-soviet state had remained formally neutral in WWII, that central Europe's nearest non-soviet state had remained formally neutral in WWII. With a neutral German in WWII, sure, central Europe might be finlandisable.
