This is great!
A little thing about coloration-- DCS, which it seems is being used here, recommends yellow #C6C602 for the Russian Empire, reserving #507C60 for republican Russia. The German, Ottoman and Persian Empires are also different. That looks like this:

Edit 2: Qing China should also have a different color, but having Russia, China, and Japan all be shades of yellow feels weird to me. I've put the updated map below.
