The Satanic Verses Not Removed

In 615 Mohammed supposedly received a teaching that the three main godesses of Mecca could intercede to Allah on behalf of Muslims. This teaching was later removed. What would the result be of it remaining as Muslim doctrine?
 
umm actually such doctrine was never ever being a muslim doctrine for even once.....

There seems to be some evidence from other sources than wikipedia to indicate that this is not the case. I'm not trying to attack Islam, that would be foolish as Islam itself seems to be reconciled with the fact that they may have existed. But here's some sources I came across on them:

um, the sites you quote are downright hostile towards Islam. I don't think they can be trusted. something about ohh....dunno, biased pov? :D
