Kairos, check out this mod. It's very similar to yours, but far more complete. Plus, yours suffers from a few problems that Ofaloaf's doesn't have. For example, it looks like you're REALLY encouraging blobbing (giant Russia, giant Germany, giant Byzantine, Gaga Empire, Frankonia will probably blob... if it's not absorbed by Germany first), which is NOT good for EU3... it encourages internal development and military, rather than diplomacy, when the latter is the strongest part of EU3 (it's the focus!). Download Ofaloaf's mod if you want that sort of Byzantine ahistory.
