Lets assume that 1866 is even more devastating for Austria than IOTL. Austrian Silesia and the predominantly German parts of Bohemia (basically the Sudetenland) are annexed by Prussia.
What could be a way to dissolve this weakened Austrian Empire until January 1st 1900?
