Point of Divergence: May 16, 1939 - Adolf Hitler and Hermann Goering are assasinated. All traces leads to the Italian fascist activist.

German Reich

Ruled by Rudolf Hess.

On September 15, 1939 it invaded the Kingdom of Italy. After two months and capture of Rome, Italy capitulated and was divided into three parts: puppet state "Kingdom of Italy", Protectorate of Tyrolean Germans (incorporated into the German Reich) and General Governorate.

Kingdom of Italy

Inhabitants of Tyrol and General Governorate are subjected to the population transfers towards Italian colonies to make empty space for the German settlers immigrating from the Reich, Poland, France and the Baltic states on the invitation of Chancellor Hess.

King Zog was restored to the throne of Albania as a German puppet.

Kingdom of Serbia and Montenegro

Following dissolution of Yugoslavia, German-supported Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia declared their independence. Future of the rump state is uncertain due to Bulgarian claims on Macedonia and Albanian claims on Kosovo.

Kingdom of Hungary

Grew in size due to the Lubljana treaty and the Vienna Dictate dividing Yugoslavia and Romania.
