Could anybody design a POD for an international terrorist attack on the 2000 Sydney Olympics ? How well would the Australian govt and security forces, esp our SASR and 4RAR (Commando) and incident response elements, have been able to respond to an incident on the scale of the 1972 Munich hostage-taking of the Israeli Olympic team, or to some sort of attempted bombing on the scale of the 2002 Bali bombing ?
