Sweden wins the Great Northern War by making different decisions. Sweden defeats St.Petersburg and other Russian invaders slowly crippling Russia, Karl XII not intentionally waits for Peter's death. Augustus II accepts defeat after he is dethroned. If Denmark-Norway decides to rejoin, or if he occupies Norway and Holstein-Schleswig he could come out with a stronger power. If he decides to go for Moscow and loses Poltava, maybe if the Ottomans fully intervene he could get a minor victory. Probably just losing Ingria, and not keeping power in Poland. And if he loses Poltava and the other powers do not join in to crush Karl leading to his demise. And if he accepted peace with Russia after Narva and continues invading the PLC he could keep his empire. Also if he does not invade the Poles so they stay neutral after signing peace with Russia. In the long run Sweden would probably be a bigger member of the Napoleonic Wars. And maybe even the 7 Years war would be a Swedish-Austrian-French-Russian-Spanish victory. If he won and kept Poland, he could bring the Poles into the war, crushing Prussia and soon the Portuguese. France might be able to keep Louisiana or Quebec but one would be lost to the British. Russia would not become a Great Power. PLC/Warsaw Confederation would remain and not Ben partitioned because of a weaker Russia and Prussia. And Sweden protecting Poland while Poland rises in stability. If Sweden gets a god like victory in the GNW other powers might intervene against Sweden men sweden's enemies. Sweden might be coalitioned, Napoleon style again but by bigger stronger enemies. Ottomans would be stronger with a weaker Russia. Germany might've still be formed but probably instead of a Danish-Prussian War, a Swedish-Prussia war. Which would not be pretty for Prussia. Sweden usually had good relations with France, and maybe formed a friendly relation with the Austrians, Germany might not be formed under Prussia but maybe as a decentralized empire more central than the HRE but still decentralized. Austria might've formed Germany possibly or Germany would never be united. Also Russia supported the Austrians in the Hungarians revolution of 1848, without them, the Austrians might consider forming Germany and abandoning Hungary. Removing a lot of stress against the Ottomans. Sweden would replace Russia in the 18th and 19th Centuries. WW1 might still start, Sweden and France form the Entente against Austria and ?. Sweden might form a colony along the Gold Coast in Africa up to Mali? Probably having a colony in Asia, having concessions in India and China. This is pretty much how they win, how long they Last and how powerful they are in the Long and Short run.

It's hard to predict the 20th Century because so much would change. Although this alternate Seven Years War sounds cool.
