My challange is this make america a champion of anti colionialism
and The soviet Union a campion of maintaining europes colonys.
With A point of divergence of 1915 at the earlyest.

Prior to World War II, the USSR never made a real effort to challenge the European colonial powers or champion decolonization, and it didn't really do so after the war either, except for in terms of rhetoric. It did, however, try to ally with many of the newly-independent states.

Also, the US was never really a great defender of colonialism, with a few exceptions like Indochina.

Both superpowers were opponents of colonialism, albeit in different ways. Hence why it's difficult to see how the empires could have survived with a post-1945 POD.
