I was thinking it would be a canon crossover. Of them joining them and Fighting both Lord Zedd and Grimlord but Viewers just would be confused in that era.
Okay, that is impossible, given how they're in two different mediums. Best I can do is a Power Rangers parody in Digimon, or having a clip of Digimon appear in Power Rangers.

Part 1 of Honey, I Shrunk the Rangers would be on Saturday, May 22nd, 1997, while Rangers in Concert premieres on Friday, May 21st, 1997. That's where it would fit into the schedule.
Okay, so it uses the Roger Rabbit technique. In that case, I would imagine the Rangers and the Guardians butting heads at first, but eventually growing to like each other.
