Romania intervenes in First Balkan War

In OTL, Romania stays out of the First Balkan War hoping for compensation at the table. When Bulgaria attacks Serbia and Greece over the spoils, Romania attacks Bulgaria and takes what she wants.

Suppose however, the Romanians don't wait. Instead, they join with the Turks in the First Balkan War taking out the Bulgarian Army and leaving Montenegro, Greece and Serbia to fight the Turks on their own.

How do the Turks fare and what would the settlement look like?

Even the most aggressive of Romanians did not want to actually help the Ottomans and wage a total war against Bulgaria. They wanted Romania to move troops into the Dobrudja region (as a guarantee that it will be compensated), and stop there, without declaring war.

At this point, the ball would be in Bulgaria's court...and the Bulgarians will most likely ignore it: continue the war effort against the Ottomans while reluctantly allowing the Romanian occupation of Dobrudja. (This is what their OTL plan seems to have been, and it's what makes the most sense by far. Fighting a two-front war would be completely suicidal, they may be able to deal with Romania once the Turks have been defeated, and even if they're not able - the lands to the south are worth far, far more than Dobrudja) So the Ottomans still lose same as OTL.

However, the changes between Romania and Bulgaria will affect the start of the Second Balkan War, and whether it happens at all. It's possible that Bulgaria comes out of this with one less war and slightly more territory than in OTL.
