In WW1, for over 50% of his time in engagement, Hitler fought on the eastern front instead of the western one.
He still engages in politics later but how would his different experience change his views?
Probably, he avoids being gased, or at least as bad as IOTL. That may change his atitude to chemical warfare.
Racial factor, fighting in Russia and possibly Poland, he see plenty who fit the criterias of aryanhood, making him less anti-slavic than IOTL.

Hitler seeing slavic people "who fit the criterias of aryanhood" (whatever they might be) would not make him any less racist. In all probability he saw many, many Slavs from the various slavic parts of the Austrian-Hungarian monarchy in Vienna in OTL, and this certainly did not prevent him from having prejudices against the Slavs. Visual evidence does not change a fanatic's mind.

on the eastern front, Hitler will experience the toughly winter of Russia
He will give up his plans for "Neue Lebensraume" in the east
and look for warm south like Mediterranean sea area for his mad plans

Actually, colonisation of Africa would be more quiet reasonable than colonisation eastward. More usable land, more ressources, less local resistance etc.

IOTL he fought against the British and the French, didn´t make him put British POWs in gas chambers or blow up Paris monuments.

 

[I Blame Communism]

Note that the whole idea of "Drang Nach Osten", although it appropriated (or invented) some earlier traditions, pretty much came to exist among German soldiers on the Ostfront during WW1: they saw a poor country devestated by the scorched Earth tactics of the Russian army, and got the impression that this was the natural state of things in eastern Europe and that they were bringing civilisation.

When they came home bitter and feeling undefeated, this idea mixed up with the Dolchstosslegende, anti-semitism, anti-communism, and the impression that the new eastern states were poor and chaotic and opressed their Germans. The result: a poisonous brew that equated "civilising" with not only invasion but also genocide. Note that Nazi propaganda repeatedly portrays both Poland and Russia as countries where everybody lives in mud-hovels begging in the street.

I think Hitler will only become more anti-Slav and anti-Semite, if that's even possible (barring some major life-changing experience that scratches the "Hitler" we knew in any case, which if it could have occured at all could have occured in the west as well).

If his attitude changes, it'll probably be towards Britain and France. What impression did he gain of us from his service, I wonder?
