POD After 1800, Most Advanced 1900?

With a POD after 1800, and within reason, how advanced can technology get in the year 1900?

No ideas as to which technologies are the most amenable to being sped up, so I leave it open to anyone with ideas, good or otherwise.

Well, the standard response would be for Babbage's Difference Engine to be out into production. Having a working computer that early would speed things up.

If you give me 1793, I have a good one. Antoine Lavoisier escapes from Paris to London and lives another 20+ years. In OTL, his head was chopped off over politics. Young Michael Faraday grows up and as he reaches adulthood, becomes one of Lavoisier's students. By then, Lavoisier had made some of the discoveries in electrochemistry attributed to Faraday, giving the young chemist a head start.
