I just looked up blank maps of North America and found this. I used a sharpie to outline the national borders, both OTL and TTL.
There are actually a few of the borders that disappear, not sure how you would do with that. The Northwest Territories isn't split and Panama is still part of Colombia. Also, I'm not sure that British Honduras (Belize) would remain separate.

President Morgan Reynolds of British Columbia.

The first Republican President in exactly 100 years since the ill-fated James Blaine, as well as the first President born in former Canada, Reynolds would preside over a dramatic reshaping of American government, foreign policy, economics, and culture. Renowned and loved by the public due to his services in the Fourth Pacific War, Reynolds thrust himself into politics by becoming the United States' first permanent ambassador to the Chinese Republic. He won election and reelection with some of the widest margins ever, and would become one of the most popular presidents in American history.

It should also be stated that Reynolds' election dealt a considerable blow to advocates for Canadian independence, showing just how deep former Canada had been assimilated into American society over the course of generations.

Whenever one sees a photograph of President Reynolds I am always struck by his resemblance to Donald Partridge, so very briefly the last President of the Confederate States - while they are hardly identical they could almost be father and son! (or perhaps more accurately Grandfather and child).;)

That sounds like a scandal that could erupt during his Presidency. It could be this timeline's Lewinsky Scandal.

Honestly I found that part (amongst others) to be completely ridiculous.
Frankly when looking for a modern continuation of TL-191 I want three things. [1] Would be the USA eventually suffering a Soviet style break up and ending up under the leadership of a Putin expy. [2] Germany managing to keep it's colonial empire (possibly by flooding them with European settlers) and becoming the center of a NATO/EU styled alliance network. [3] Would be Japan becoming the world's leading superpower and ruling nearly all of Asia. With an Iron hand and using it has a massive hostage market.

"I want America to break up, but Germany can rule a colonial empire."

Okay guys. I guess unlike Confederate nationalism, African or Russian nationalism isn't real.
