Huanghua Port in Heibei Province, People's Republic of China. This is where foreign trade enters the PRC as it is only the tiny area with access to the Pacific Ocean. Hence, Huanghua has been designated as the "gateway to the People's Republic". The port is under a special agreement with the People's Kingdom of Jiagnsu since 2005 for military protection against raiders, since the PRC is too far to maintain control and deploy PAP and PLA units to secure the area. In addition, the port is used to trade with other survivor states within mainland China.
