I've found some threads where one or the other is not developed, but not both.
Assuming Willi Messerschmitt falls out with Adolf, Herman et all, does the He112 get better development and engines? Possibly the 110/210/410 line is stillborn. What replaces them? The FW187 Falke looks like a good heavy fighter, but does it have the volume to operate as a radar equipped nightfighter?
I don't wish an early death on Mitchell, so perhaps after the failure of the Type 224 Supermarine decide to concentrate their efforts on flying boats and seaplanes. Does the RAF still want a second fighter to back up the Hurricane. And what future developments follow?
I don't imagine this would have any major effects pre mid 1940. Perhaps some more losses either way. But larger changes during and after any Battle of Britain?
Are the Hurricane and a developed He112 fairly evenly matched? I would think that an up-engined He112 would have a reduced range, on a par with the Bf109. But Falke escorts may have some impact? And what else might be procured for the RAF? Gloster are a Hawker subsidiary, so probably not the F5/34. Boulton Pauls single seat Defiant? An outside chance of a retractable undercarriage Martin Baker MB2? More Whirlwinds? (Imagine Whirlwinds dogfighting Falkes)
And going forward into 1941, the Typhoon and FW190 are probably still being development. But what does Germany do about nightfighters? Still bomber conversions, but is there anything else in the pipeline? Is an earlier proto-He219 possible?
I'd like to think that if Martin Baker (who always seem to me more like a design bureau than a manufacturer?) get their day in the sun, we might see the MB5 in action.
