Is it possible for the tribal peoples of Taiwan to unite to form a nation and the tribal peoples of Sakhalin to form a nation, I think Luzon is easy as they were about to enter a stage of Nation building before the Spanish and Bolkiahs came, is it possible for the Islands of Taiwan and Sakhalin to form nations.
