Margaret of Anjou, Queen of England

Warwick the Kingmaker persuaded her and her son Edward to return to England when he rebelled against Edward IV. What if she had never come? Perhaps her ships have to turn back because of a violent storm. How does her survival and that of her son affect Edward's second reign. What if she is still alive when he dies in 1483?

If she and Edward are still at large and alive, Gloucester and the Woodvilles may forget about their private quarrels in face of a dangerous enemy.

Well, first and foremost, England would have a much more useful monarch on the throne, with much higher states in all three categories of Administration, Diplomacy, and Military, though you could still see a risk of the Hundred Years War timer filling up before she can consolidate her rule-

Sorry, I gotta stop viewing all alternate history through EU4.

Yes, definitely. But what about Henry Tudor?
His claim is definitely behind Edward of Westminster.

On the other hand, depending on how things shake out in 1471, he may or may not still be in Yorkist hands (his uncle Jasper bringing him back to France in the aftermath was one of the very few Lancastrian successes of the disaster that was Henry VI's second reign).
