Following September 11th, the United States government would take on a preemptive strike mentality when it came to threats towards national security, both in and out of their borders. Such a method of dealing with their issues was viewed as a blatant violation of the peoples rights, and for many people looking toward the increasingly totalitarian nation, it was only a matter of time until something went wrong. That something came when the U.S. government would use military force to put down a peaceful protest in Montana. This proved to be the straw which broke the camels back, and soon people all across the nation were launching armed uprisings. What made this worse was that more often than not, the military forces sent to put these uprisings down would more often than not choose to side with the rebels. The Free States movement as the largest rebel force would come to be called, would sweep through much of the country, pushing the U.S. back towards the coastline, and their actions would inspire further rebellions on both sides of the battle line. Eventually an armistice would be declared between the U.S. and the Free States, but this only served to give other rebel groups the time needed to enforce their demands. This combined with military intervention by Canada and Mexico would result in an uneasy peace deal being signed between the various factions, establishing the new statue quo, and setting American down a path that would no doubt lead to further war.
going on the color, I'm going to say it is an Indian nation of some kind.

yep, it's the descendants of former Anglo(important piece)-Indian peoples, since India's in Singapore/Grand Empire of Sino-Malaya's Sphere (which is in a semi-cold war with Australia and the Philippines), the british let them be in former Ukraine.
Just a bit of advice for anyone drawing an ATL world map featuring OTL Austria and Old Bavaria joined together in one independent country: if the political map is still somewhat recognizable, the country is likely still going to be known as Austria internationally, but domestically the name would be Bayernreich.
ok so how many nations could be "remade" (aka made so that the UK could have diplo-influence over the NA and Asian nations), from the Minorities in England? I have France, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Italy, India and a Jewish State (in the Baltics ofc), what other nations could there be?
I wouldn’t go with that, it’s not the worst, but I don’t think anyone would appreciate it, I would go with Bavaria-Austria (Bayern-Österreich) instead. It’s how the Germans usual do.

Stability and sanctity, that is all that is desired by the Gilead government, ever since they one the revolution in the continental United States, they have had issues in regards to the people being complacent toward their rule, and the heretics across the border have since taken Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, preventing the Gileads from spreading their faith across the land. Then the first great uprising occurred; This uprising was ferocious, and would only be brought to an end with nuclear fire. Recently, Mormon heretics would begin to rebel in large numbers, and the heretics across the border have launched incursions, taking large swaths of land and spreading their false doctrines. Time will only tell if they succeed in achieving their dream.
