Kingdom of Franks and Kingdom of Anglo Saxons

Kingdom of Franks and Kingdom of Anglo Saxons
On 890, Edward the Elder of England would marry Ermentrude of France to have another marriage tie with West Francia, the marriage would result in two children, Aethelstan(893) and Edith(898), Ermentrude would die in 899 which would cause Edward the Elder to remarry to Aelflaed, his second wife which would give birth to majority of their children.
Aethelstan would marry a sister of the future Alan II of Brittany on 924 who would give birth to a son named Edward on 930, their only child that would survive infancy, he would claim France against the Capetians as one of the remaining descendants of Charles the Bald aside from William IV of Aquitaine, the husband of Matilda of France, the sister of Louis IV of France and Gerberga of France, Queen of Burgundy.
On 958, Adelaide of Aquitaine would marry Edward II of England as the Aquitainians would be against the marriage with the Capetians to prevent their increase of Power.
The death of Louis V of France on 987 would allow Edward II to gain power in West Francia, while William IV of Aquitaine would be granted the Kingdom of Aquitaine as a consolation for his claims to France himself as husband of Mathilde of France while Edward II would gain Neustria as the King of the Franks, however, the Robertians under Hugh Capet and the remaining Carolingians under Charles, Duke of Lower Lorraine would contest the division of West Francia.
